Minister Yang Yuanyuan

                                             

Mr.Yang Yuanyuan, born in Shaanxi Province in August 1950, graduated from CAAC's Senior Flight Institute in 1969, First-grade Pilot.

 

Mr. Yang served successively as Vice President of China Southern Air Holding Company, Vice President and concurrently Chief Pilot of China Southern Airlines Limited Company, Director General of Flight Standards Department of CAAC and Vice Minister of CAAC.

 

Mr. Yang was appointed to be Minister of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) in May 2002.

 

 

 

 

Vice Minister Gao Hongfeng

Mr. Gao Hongfeng, born in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in December 1953.

 

Mr. Gao was graduated from Inner Mongolia's Water Conservancy and Electrical Power School in 1974, South-Central University for Nationalities in 1985 and then the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC in 1993.

 

Mr. Gao served successively as Assistant Director General of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, Deputy Director General and then Director General of Personnel and Labor Department of CAAC.

 

Mr. Gao formally took office as Vice Minister of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) and Chairman of the National Committee of the Labor Union of China's Civil Aviation Industry in April 2000.

 

 

 

Vice Minister Yang Guoqing

Mr. Yang Guoqing, born in Jiangsu Province in April 1949, Master of Computer Application from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Professor.

 

Mr. Yang served successively as Assistant President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Executive Deputy Dean of Civil Aviation College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and then President of Civil Aviation University of China

 

Mr. Yang was appointed to be Vice Minister of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) in May 2001.

 

 

 

 

Vice Minister Wang Changshun

 

Mr. Wang Changshun, born in Shaanxi Province in July 1957.

 

Mr. Wang was graduated from the Air Force No. 16 Aviation School in 1984, majoring in flight dispatching, and then the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1998, majoring in corporate management.

 

Mr. Wang served successively as Vice President of Xinjiang Airlines and concurrently Deputy Director General of CAAC Urumqi Regional Administration, Vice President of China Southern Air Holding Company, Vice Chairman and concurrently President of China Southern Airlines Limited Company.

 

Mr. Wang formally took office as Vice Minister of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) in August 2004.

 

 

 

 

Mr. Yan Zhize

Mr. Yan Zhize, born in Hubei Province in February 1946, received Bachelor Degree of Chinese History from Peking University in 1968.

 

Mr. Yan served successively as:

-- Director, Personnel Department, General Political Department of PLA,

-- Director, Logistics Department, Air Force,

-- Political Commissar, Air Force Logistics Academy,

-- Political Commissar, Air Force Radar Academy.

 

Mr. Yan was appointed as Secretary of the CPC's Commission for Discipline Inspection, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) in September 2002.
