Starting May 1, 2026, Air China will serve a direct flight route between Chongqing and Manila, with flight number CA481/2. The outbound flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, while the return flights will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, both with Boeing 737 aircraft.
In the 2026 summer season, Air China will operate daily flights between Beijing Capital and Manila, and four weekly flights between Chengdu Tianfu and Manila. With the launch of the Chongqing–Manila route on May 1, Air China will increase its Philippines route network to three routes with a total of 15 weekly flights, offering passengers more travel options.
