At 15:48 on July 14, Chengdu Airlines Flight EU2925 took off from Harbin Airport, marking the official launch of the Harbin-Khabarovsk route operated by the domestically produced C909 aircraft. The new route further expands the aviation network covering China's Northeast and Russia's Far East, delivering an efficient and convenient air passage for cultural exchange and business travel between the two regions.
Operating under flight numbers EU2925/EU26, the service runs two weekly flights on every Tuesday and Saturday with two-way flights. This marks the first commercial operation of China's domestically developed C909 aircraft at Khabarovsk Airport. The flight takes approximately 1.5 hours from Harbin to Khabarovsk, greatly improving the comfort of cross-border travel and injecting fresh momentum into China-Russia aviation cooperation.
Previously, there were four weekly direct flights between Harbin and Khabarovsk. With the new service, total weekly flights will rise to six. Combined with air routes linking Harbin and Vladivostok, the network forms a "2-hour air travel circle" connecting Northeast China and Russia's Far East.
