Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport has recently launched a direct international passenger route linking Shenzhen with Surabaya, Indonesia. Operated by China Southern Airlines, the route offers passengers in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area a more convenient "air corridor" for business travel, tourism, and family visits to Indonesia.
The route is scheduled to operate every Tuesday and Saturday. Outbound flight CZ8341 is scheduled to depart Shenzhen at 16:45 and arrive in Surabaya at 21:00; return flight CZ8342 is scheduled to depart Surabaya at 22:30 and arrive in Shenzhen at 05:00 the following day.
