Royal Jordanian recently announced that it will officially launch a direct route between Beijing, China, and Amman, the capital of Jordan, on January 26, 2027. The new route will further expand its international network and strengthen air connectivity between China and Jordan.

The new route is initially scheduled to operate twice weekly, using Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. Flights from Amman to Beijing will depart every Tuesday and Friday, while flights from Beijing to Amman will depart every Wednesday and Friday. With the start of the 2027 summer flight schedule, Royal Jordanian plans to increase the frequency of the route to four flights per week, offering passengers greater flexibility in their travel options.
