From October 16 to 19, Li Jian, Deputy Administrator of CAAC, led a research team to study general aviation in northeast China. The research team carried out on-the-spot inspections over Beidahuang General Aviation Co., Ltd. in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang, State Forestry Administration North Aviation Forestry Protection Jagedaqi Station and Harbin Shengshi Special Aircraft Co., Ltd., and listened to the report of CAAC Northeast Regional Administration on local general aviation development and operation safety. In addition, the research team also had talks with representatives from several general aviation enterprises based in northeast China, and listened to their comments and suggestions on general aviation development.
