During his survey visit in Jiangxi Province, CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin met with Lu Xinshe, Secretary of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, and Liu Qi, Governor of Jiangxi Province on December 11, 2017. They exchanged opinions on further promoting civil aviation development in the province. Feng Zhenglin and Liu Qi, on behalf of CAAC and Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government respectively, signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to statistics, there are seven airports in operation in Jiangxi Province at present, including Nanchang, Ganzhou, Jingdezhen, Jinggangshan, Yichun, Jiujiang and Shangrao Airports. From January to November 2017, passenger turnover and aircraft movements amounted to 12.758 million and 113,000, with a respective year-on-year growth of 32.2% and 27.9%, which were both higher than the national average level.
