On March 7, CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin made a fact-finding trip to CATA. Feng underscored that through learning and implementing the guiding principles of the 19th National CPC Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, CAAC will strive to deepen the reform of social organizations, bring into full play the important role of civil aviation social organizations, including CATA, in advancing the modernization of governance systems and capabilities, promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry together with the government and enterprises, and jointly push forward the building of a civil aviation power.

CATA Chairman Li Jun indicated that CATA will fully implement the guiding principles of the 19th National CPC Congress and CAAC’s general work thought, focus on the requirements of the industry and its members for development, and give priorities to such aspects as improving the environment for development, ensuring sustainable safety, enhancing the industry development orientation, upgrading transport service, actively maintaining market order, and deepening exchanges and collaboration.

Feng also visited the new offices of CATA, gave his congratulations for the relocation of CATA, and wished the female staff of CATA a happy International Women’s Day. Responsible chiefs from relevant CAAC departments accompanied Feng in his inspection.
