On March 21-22, CAAC Deputy Administrator Wang Zhiqing led a Chinese civil aviation delegation to visit Grenada, where he conducted bilateral aviation talks with the Grenada civil aviation delegation, led by Mrs. Arlene Buckmire-Outram, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation & Culture, and held a consultation and reached important consensus on the signing of bilateral Air Services Agreement and related air traffic rights arrangements. The two sides initialed the Air Services Agreement and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on air traffic rights arrangement. This MoU will serve as the legal basis for the establishment of aviation links between the two countries and provide a strong support for the personnel exchanges and in-depth cooperation between the two countries.
