On June 1, CAAC issued the first List of Seriously Dishonest Persons Restricted from Taking Civil Aircraft. A total of 86 people are included in the list for their behaviors that are subject to “administrative penalties for carrying dangerous goods, prohibited and restricted articles stipulated in national laws and regulations detected during airport security screening” and “administrative penalties for using identification documents and boarding passes of others to board aircraft”. They will be restricted from taking civil aircraft since June 1 for 12 months.

In recent years, CAAC has made constant efforts in enhancing the industry’s awareness of credits, maintaining the order of civil aviation activities, and promoting healthy development of the industry, and formulated the Interim Measures on Credit Management of Civil Aviation Industry. Up to now, CAAC has publicized one list of Seriously Dishonest Organizations in the Civil Aviation Industry and two lists of Seriously Dishonest Individuals in the Civil Aviation Industry.
