Seven Civil Aviation Units Sign Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Communications Construction Company Limited26/10/2018

On September 30, seven civil aviation units including the Capital Airport Holding Company, etc. signed a cooperation framework agreement regarding airport construction enterprises with China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC). According to the agreement, all parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in the reform and development of their own airport construction enterprises. Efforts will be made to strengthen and expand airport construction, to improve the infrastructure building, and to enhance the efficiency of state-owned assets. CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin, Deputy Administrator Dong Zhiyi, CCCC Director and Chairman Liu Qitao, Vice President Sun Ziyu attended the signing ceremony. Dong Zhiyi presided over the ceremony.

Feng Zhenglin indicated that the reform of airport construction enterprises is an important measure to improve the construction service and supporting capacity of airports, and to accelerate the opening for competition of the infrastructure market. The cooperation between civil aviation enterprises and CCCC can effectively integrate industrial resources, optimize systems, significantly improve the overall operation efficiency, resource efficiency as well as market competitiveness of civil aviation enterprises, stimulate the vitality of employees, better support China's civil aviation infrastructure, and better serve the Strategy of Building a Civil Aviation Power and the Belt and Road Initiative.

Liu Qitao said that the participation of CCCC in the reform of civil aviation airport construction enterprises is a beneficial attempt to optimize allocation of resources and achieve high-quality development. CCCC and civil aviation units will carefully work out the strategic positions and development modes of various enterprises to realize complementary advantages and the mutual integration of culture, and to comprehensively promote the industrialized development of civil airports in China.
