On November 20, CAAC Deputy Administrator Li Jian visited Ukraine with a Chinese civil aviation delegation. He held talks with the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine around topics such as launching civil aviation safety cooperation between the two governments, carrying out negotiations towards bilateral aviation safety agreement and implementation procedures for airworthiness. Relevant MOUs on cooperation were signed between the two sides, which will lay the foundation for in-depth and broader cooperation between the two sides, and will also create an enabling bilateral environment for the exchange and cooperation of civil aviation products and industries in the two countries.

Accompanied by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, the Chinese civil aviation delegation also visited Antonov to learn the development of the Ukrainian aviation manufacturing industry.
