On November 26, CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin met with a delegation led by Tang Yijun, Governor of Liaoning Province. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on promoting development of civil aviation in Liaoning.

From January to October, Liaoning registered a passenger traffic of 32.843 million, 273 000 tons of cargo and mail and 246 000 aircraft movements with a respective year-on-year increase of 9%, 2.1% and 5.3%; and flight regularity was78.6%, with a year-on-year increase of 3.4%.
