CAAC made public the Action Plan on the Building of Civil Aviation Power in the New Era (Action Plan) recently. The Action Plan represents an overarching document to guide the building of a civil aviation power. According to the Action Plan, a civil aviation power characterized by strong support, satisfaction of the people and strong competitiveness will be achieved in an all-round way by the middle of the century, with the capabilities in service, innovation, governance, sustainable development as well as influence in the world being world-class.
