CAAC recently issued Guidance on Applications of Wireless Data Communication Technologies on Civil Airport Surface (Trial), introducing researches and applications of cutting-edge wireless communication technologies on airport surface both in China and abroad. The Guidance encourages applications of advanced communication technologies from various industries to the field of wireless data communication on civil airport surface, supports development and application of wireless communication technology on civil airport surface, offering technical guidance to solution of thorny issues of airport surface operations with broadband communication technologies.
