From June 27 to 28, CAAC Deputy Administrator Li Jian led a Chinese civil aviation delegation to visit Brazil, and signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC) in the field of general aviation. Li Jian, together with his associates, exchanged views with ANAC on current general aviation development, challenges faced and reform, discussed possible cooperation in the general aviation field, and signed an MOU on cooperation.

During their visit in Brazil, the Chinese delegation also exchanged views with the air traffic management authority of Brazil on air traffic management of general aviation and visited relevant facilities and equipment. The delegation also had talks with entities including Airbus Helicopter Brazil to fully understand the development of general aviation enterprises in Brazil.
