On September 5, CAAC Deputy Administrator Dong Zhiyi met with Executive Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province Li Haitao and his associates in Beijing. They exchanged in-depth views on further promoting the development of civil aviation in Heilongjiang.

At present, there are all together 13 transport airports, 84 general aviation airports, and more than 200 temporary take-off and landing sites in Heilongjiang Province, and the number of general aviation airports is at the forefront of the country.
