Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) organized temporary flights to transport 361 Taiwan compatriots stranded in Hubei to return to Taiwan on the afternoon of March 10 and in the early morning of March 11 respectively after careful coordination with relevant parties and overcoming of difficulties. Among those temporary flights, China Eastern Airlines transported 192 passengers and China Airlines of Taiwan 169 ones.

This is the second time that the CAAC has done so after organizing China Eastern Airlines to transport the first batch of 247 Taiwan compatriots back to Taiwan on February 3. So far, civil aviation has safely transported a total of 608 Taiwan compatriots back to Taiwan, putting the concept of caring for Taiwan compatriots into practice.
