The Provisions on the Management of Public Air Transport Services for Passengers (hereinafter referred to as the Provisions) was issued in recent days, which was developed based on the CAAC Rules for the Domestic Air Transportation of Passengers and Luggage, and the CAAC Rules for the International Air Transportation of Passengers and Luggage published respectively in 1996 and 1997. The Provisions, which contains 65 articles in 11 chapters, aims to further standardize the order of domestic and international passenger transportation and protect the legitimate rights and interests of passengers.
