On June 30, the CAAC Operation Management Center, Meteorological Center, and Information Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Three Center Project of CAAC”) were put into operation in Beijing. The inauguration of the project marks a new and solid step for the development of modern air traffic control system, and the three centers will serve as the strategic facilities for the building of civil aviation strengthen of China. CAAC Deputy Administrator Lyu Erxue attended the inauguration ceremony, and announced the official operation of the “Three Center Project”.

Deputy Administrator Lyu Erxue indicated that CAAC has always upheld the people-centric philosophy along with the principle of “civil aviation development for the people”, constantly improving the service quality of civil aviation with flight regularity as the focus. Owing to the in-depth research and validation by ATM sector staff for generations, as well as the unremitting efforts of project builders, the “Three Center Project of CAAC” has turned from a vision into a reality, from a construction blueprint into a magnificent structure, representing another landmark project of CAAC.
