In an effort to implement the Central Government’s policies on governance of Xinjiang in the new era, employ the purport of the Eighth National Conference on Pairing Assistance for Xinjiang, and steadily advance CAAC’s targeted assistance program in 2021, CAAC Deputy Administrator Cui Xiaofeng led a survey group to Yutian and Cele counties in Xinjiang Hotan on July 22-23, in a bid to learn the consolidation of achievements in both poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and their new development.
