The founding (restructuring) conference of Capital Airports Holdings Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CAH”) was held on July 27, marking the successful corporate restructuring of China’s largest airport management group, which chartered a new course toward high-quality development. CAAC Administrator Feng Zhenglin attended the conference.

It is reported that since the founding of CAH on December 28, 2002, its airports have safely handled 2.6 billion passengers, 40.61 million tons of cargo and mail, and 23.18 million movements. Meanwhile, CAH has seen an increase in its assets from 16.7 billion yuan at the beginning to 213.4 billion yuan, as well as an increase in the number of employees from 6,500 to more than 54,000. Managing 53 airports in 7 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, CAH has grown into the largest airport group in China, with a brand value of over 35 billion yuan.
