On November 12, the Office of CAAC Leading Group on COVID-19 Containment in Civil Aviation organized online COVID-19 containment training for flight crew of international flights, aiming to further enhance management on the pandemic containment for flight crew of international flights.

Details related to COVID-9 containment were explained, including the implementation of measures for "curbing imported cases and preventing any local resurgence of cases", the COVID-19 containment policies for flight crew of international flights, the document entitled the Management on Quarantine of Flight Crew of International Flights and the infection risk points on international flights.

It is learned that, since the COVID-19 outbreak, CAAC has continuously strengthened the COVID-19 containment. Taking into consideration of the lack of unified and standardized quarantine measures for flight crew of international flights across the country and the consequential shortage of personnel, CAAC worked with other ministries and departments in releasing the Management on Quarantine of Flight Crew of International Flights, thus effectively mitigating the shortage and meeting basic operation needs of airlines.
