On November 15, CAAC Party Group held a meeting to convey and study the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth CPC Central Committee. CAAC Party Group Secretary and Administrator Feng Zhenglin chaired the meeting, and conveyed the Communique of the Sixth Plenary Session and the important speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and made arrangements on studying and implementing the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session.
