On November 30, Feng Zhenglin, Administrator of CAAC held talks with Ying Yong, Secretary of Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC and Wang Zhonglin, Governor of Hubei Province on further boosting the building of “dual hubs” of air transport of passenger and cargo in Hubei. Deputy Administrator of CAAC Dong Zhiyi, Guo Yuanqiang, Dong Weimin and Cao Guangjing, provincial leaders of Hubei and relevant chiefs from the National Development and Reform Commission attended the meeting.
