On November 30, the Guiding Opinions on Building Quality Projects of Civil Airports (the Opinions) was officially issued at the Conference on the Management of National Civil Airport Construction. The Opinions aims to fully implement the important instructions made by President Xi Jinping so as to build quality projects of civil airports as comprehensive reflection and results of “airports with four salient features” and “four projects” and promote high-quality development of airport construction in the new era, thereby better satisfying the people’s growing needs for a better life and contributing to building of the civil aviation powerhouse.
