On December 15, CAAC announced circuit breaker measures for four inbound flights, which were Eastern Airlines’ Flight MU2574 (Vientiane to Kunming), Southern Airlines’ Flight CZ6092 (Vientiane to Guangzhou), Sichuan Airlines’ Flight 3U8392 (Cairo to Chengdu), and Pakistan International Airlines’ Flight PK854 (Islamabad to Xi’an).
