To summarize, in a timely manner, deliverables of the initial phase of the pilot program regarding low-altitude airspace reform and promote the high-quality development of general aviation, CAAC deputy Administrator Lyu Erxue led a survey group to Changsha, Hunan on December 17. In Changsha, Lyu Erxue gained insight into the development of general aviation and the pilot program of low-altitude airspace management and reform, and also attended the seminar on the progress of the pilot program. During his trip, Lyv Erxue met with Li Dianxun, Executive Vice Governor of Hunan Province, and Chen Fei, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, respectively.
