From December 23 to 24, CAAC announced circuit breaker measures for four Chinese and foreign flights, which were China Southern’ Flight CZ6092 (Vientiane to Guangzhou), Air China’s Flight CA910 (Moscow to Zhengzhou), Condor Flugdienst’s Flight DE8442 (Frankfurt to Xi'an), and Lao Airlines’ Flight QV815 (Vientiane to Kunming).
