On January 13, a team led by Wang Zhiqing, the leader of Coordination Group of Airport Service Support and Deputy Secretary General of the State Council paid a visit to Beijing Capital International Airport in a bid to supervise and direct the service support for Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games. Lyu Erxue underscored that all entities within the civil aviation industry shall implement earnestly the guiding principles of the conference and instructions by Deputy Secretary General of the State Council Wang Zhiqing to fully leverage on the advantages and strength of the industry, continuously improve support programs and processes, reinforce pandemic prevention and control measures and constantly enhance service support capabilities. In addition, Lyu stressed that communication and coordination shall be enhanced with relevant entities such as the Front Joint Prevention and Control Headquarters of Entry Management of Port of Beijing, the Customs and the Border Inspection to ensure successful completion of civil aviation support during the Olympic Winter Games with robust measures and in a motivated way.
