On February 10, CAAC issued a circuit breaker order effective immediately, suspending Flight SU220 (Moscow to Guangzhou) operated by Aeroflot-Russian Airlines.

34 COVID-19 cases were confirmed on the flight which entered China on February 5. As the number of confirmed cases reached over 30, the circuit breaker orders that had been issued earlier for the flight suspending the flight for a total of six weeks was made effective immediately. The quota for the flight shall not be transferred to other routes.
