On February 23, CAAC announced circuit-breaker orders for several flights, which included Flight CA946 (Karachi to Zhengzhou) by Air China, Flight CZ350 (Kuala Lumpur to Guangzhou) by China Southern Airlines, Flight CZ326 (Sydney to Guangzhou) by China Southern Airlines, Flight MF852 (Singapore to Xiamen) by Xiamen Airlines and Flight KQ880 (Nairobi to Guangzhou) by Kenya Airways.
