On April 2, CAAC issued circuit-breaker orders for Flight IA473 (Baghdad to Guangzhou) by Iraqi Airlines which entered China on March 23 and Flight EK362 (Dubai to Guangzhou) by Emirates Airlines which entered China on March 26.
CAAC requires the two airlines to provide reassurance and other services such as ticket change and refund for passengers of the suspended flights.
