The publicity and education of the rule of law is a long-term basic work for the civil aviation system. Recently, in order to study and implement Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law, ensure legal publicity and education in the eighth five-year period, and further intensify efforts to popularize the civil aviation law, CAAC issued the “Eighth Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for the Publicity and Education of the Rule of Law in the Civil Aviation System” (the plan), which is aimed at continuously motivating the civil aviation industry to respect law, study law and abide by law. The plan will provide a strong legal guarantee for accelerating the development of a civil aviation powerhouse.
