Recently, CAAC issued the Management Rules on Reporting Information on Civil Aviation Safety to enhance management of active reporting of information on civil aviation safety and motivate civil aviation enterprises, public institutions and front-line personnel to be engaged in safety management and safety risk reporting. The Management Rules further defines the principles, channels and procedures for active reporting of safety information to identify hidden dangers in a timely manner and effectively guard against safety risks.
