CAAC Work Conference on Flight Regularity and Service Quality in 2023 Held30/05/2023
On May 25, in line with the work arrangements made by the Party Group at CAAC, CAAC held a work meeting on flight regularity and service quality in 2023, and a meeting for deployment of support for thunder and storm season operation. The conference drew upon the lessons by reviewing previous support work, analyzed the current situation, and then identified key tasks for flight regularity and services, and made deployment of operation support for the thunder and storm season. Lyu Erxue, Deputy Administrator of CAAC, participated in and addressed the conference. Relevant responsible officials of the Office of the Central Commission for Air Traffic Management, and Air Staff Office, and relevant leaders of the 32nd Steering Group of the Central Committee on Thematic Education attended the meeting.

At the conference, CAAC Operation Supervisory Center introduced the Overall Program of Support for Civil Aviation Operation in the Thunderstorm Season and gave a detailed presentation. Over 10 participating entities including CAAC East Regional Administration, CAAC Northwest Regional Administration, China Southern Airlines, China West Airport Group, Ctrip, Air Traffic Management Bureau of CAAC shared their experience on flight regularity and service quality improvement. Relevant responsible officials of the Office of the Central Commission for Air Traffic Management and Air Staff Office made remarks on strengthening civil-military cooperation to improve operational efficiency.
