To foreign airlines and airlines of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:

This Notice is made in light of the adjustments to the slots management regime of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), so as to better facilitate operations of foreign airlines and airlines of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

1. The Office of Slot Management Committee is set up under CAAC’s Office of Air Traffic Regulation, and is charged with the responsibility of slots management of foreign airlines and airlines of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, as well as reviewing applications for new slots or slots adjustment of foreign airlines and airlines of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

2. Slots application channels for foreign airlines and airlines of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan remain unchanged.
