According to information, the 14th Five-Year Special Plan for Air Transport Passenger Service made it clear that further innovating the in-flight catering model is a key task for improving the quality of civil aviation services. In the thematic activities of “Offering Suggestions for Civil Aviation Services” carried out in 2023, “Optimizing the In-flight Catering Supply Model” has become one of the services for which improvement is mostly expected by passengers of civil aviation, and CAAC has also included it in its key tasks of the thematic activities of “Civil Aviation Services Helping the Industry Recovery Year” and made a series of work arrangements.
