In order to fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, promote the thematic education to go deeper and achieve solid results, and provide safe, convenient and comfortable air transport services for passengers who take flight first time, CAAC recently issued the Guidance Opinions on Service Facilitation for Maiden Passengers.
Since 2021, CAAC has organized a “Warm Service and Smooth Travel for Maiden Passengers” campaign in Northwest China, which has contributed to the recovery and development of the aviation market while facilitating services for maiden passengers. On the basis of a comprehensive summary of the work experience of services for maiden passengers in Northwest China, CAAC issued the guidance opinions, detailing the specific measures of services for maiden passengers from the aspects of service objects, processes, products, standards, and technical support.
