On November 15, the China-Europe Seminar on Sustainable Aviation Fuels was successfully held in Beijing. More than 120 representatives from relevant departments of CAAC, the European Commission, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, as well as airlines, airports, and research institutes from China and Europe participated in the seminar either online or offline.
The seminar provided a communication platform for China and Europe to promote the development and application of sustainable aviation fuels. The success of this seminar reflects the determination of China and Europe to further strengthen communication, enhance understanding, deepen mutual trust, and jointly promote the green and low-carbon development of civil aviation. The strengthening of exchanges between the two sides will help to promote the construction of a sustainable aviation fuel industry ecosystem and the safe and orderly transitioning to sustainable aviation fuels, and provide an important boost to the fair, reasonable and orderly promotion of the sustainable development of global civil aviation.
