On November 28, Song Zhiyong, Administrator of CAAC, made a fact-finding trip to the Aviation Safety Experimental Base at China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology (CAST). Song highlighted the need for CAST to further strengthen its responsibility as a leading force in technological innovation in China’s civil aviation industry, scale new heights in technological innovation in the new era and contribute to the high-quality development of civil aviation and the writing of a new chapter in building a nation with a strong civil aviation sector.
