On November 28, Song Zhiyong, Administrator of CAAC, met in Beijing with Wang Zhengpu, Governor of Hebei Province. The two parties exchanged views, in an in-depth way, on further advancing the high-quality development of civil aviation in Hebei.

Hebei currently operates six airports in Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao, Handan, Tangshan, Zhangjiakou, and Chengde. From January to October this year, the civil aviation sector in Hebei Province handled a total of 10.31 million passengers and 52,000 tons of cargo and mail, representing recovery rates of 84.3% and 117.8% compared to the same period in 2019.
