On April 16, Song Zhiyong, CAAC Administrator, met with Leonardo Briceño, President of the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics of Venezuela in Beijing. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on promoting launching air connectivity between the two countries as soon as possible and deepening bilateral cooperation in civil aviation, and signed an MOU on bilateral traffic rights arrangement between China and Venezuela.
