On July 31, the first Civil Aviation Emergency Management Forum was held in Chengdu, China, aiming to build a platform for exchanges and discussions on civil aviation emergency management, and promote the modernization of civil aviation emergency management systems. The forum was also designed to continuously improve the capability building of emergency management, and ensure safe and smooth operation of the industry, so as to provide strong support for high-quality development of civil aviation. Deputy Administrator of CAAC Han Jun, attended the forum and delivered a speech. The forum also invited President of the China Association for Disaster Prevention Zheng Guoguang, and Vice President of China Emergency Management Society Ma Baocheng to deliver keynote speeches.
