From November 21 to 28, Liang Nan, Deputy Administrator of CAAC, led a delegation to Macao and Hong Kong to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the sea reclamation and expansion project of Macao International Airport and the launching ceremony of the three-runway system of Hong Kong International Airport. Liang also signed a Cooperation Arrangement on Joint Operation Management and an Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding on Closer Cooperation on Airworthiness Certification with the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong and the Civil Aviation Authority of Macao.
