Efforts should be made to provide Spring Festival themed services, strengthen protection of passengers of key groups, handle irregular flights, standardize market prices, and optimize passenger travel experience. It is also important to strengthen market dynamic monitoring, optimize flight arrangements. Sufficient and competent duty staffing shall be ensured to handle emergencies, and special attention is needed in providing care for frontline staff.
