Ma Bing Meets with Andrei Potemkin, Deputy Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation28/05/2026
On May 27, Ma Bing, Deputy Administrator of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, met with Andrei Potemkin, Deputy Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation, in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on implementing the important consensus reached during the meeting between the two heads of state and deepening cooperation in the civil aviation sector between China and Russia.
