From October 25, 2026 to March 27, 2027, China's civil aviation sector will implement the 2026/2027 winter flight schedule. Under the new schedule, 216 domestic and international airlines plan to operate a total of 116,000 passenger and cargo flights per week.

For domestic services, 61 airlines plan to operate 94,000 domestic flights per week, including 91,454 passenger flights and 2,812 cargo flights. For international services, 191 airlines plan to operate 21,812 international flights per week to 85 countries. Of these, passenger services will connect China with 84 countries, with 16,654 flights scheduled per week, while cargo services will connect China with 48 countries, with 5,158 flights scheduled per week.
