The 4th China Airport Service Conference Held in Beijing21/06/2019

On May 30, the 4th China Airport Service Conference, themed with quality service and smart development, was held during the 2019 International Fair for Trade in Services. The conference published the 2018 Evaluation Report on China Civil Airports Service Quality, arranged tasks for national airport services quality evaluation in 2019, and put forward the Proposal for the Same Price for the Same Quality in the Same City to 236 airports nationwide. Dong Zhiyi, Deputy Administrator of CAAC, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

The service quality evaluation on civil airports is an all-round evaluation covering five fields, including passenger services at airport, supporting services of airlines, compliance with the industry standards, the dispatch regularity and the complaints handling. In 2018, 32 airports with about 1-2 million annual passenger volume in China were evaluated and the comprehensive score of service quality was 81.85.
