From August 21 to 23, 2018, CAAC Deputy Administrator Wang Zhiqing led a delegation to attend the Civil Aviation Working Group Meeting for the 22nd Meeting of Sino-Russian Transportation Cooperation Subcommittee in St. Petersburg. Important consensus has been reached and relevant agreements have been signed with the Russian Federal Ministry of Transport on such issues as expanding bilateral traffic rights and the rights to fly over each other’s territory without landing, and strengthening bilateral cooperation in international aviation emission reduction.
